I’m a strong believer that the only way to truly win, is by creating win-win scenarios, or maintaining the ‘cycle of winning.’ Here’s what I mean… The client is proud of the work that they did for their client. So they hire me to create a video showcasing their work. Because they’re happy with my work, they decide to post my video. And because I’m happy with my video, I decide to repost it. Thus creating a perpetual cycle of winning. But if I choose to produce sub par results, just to get a paycheck, or just to get the job done. Whatever my motivation may be, the cycle of winning completely falls apart. The client doesn’t desire to showcase their good work anymore, I don’t desire to showcase my subpar work, and no one wins in the end… Let that sink in
