For a really long time a major, but under-utilized, tool has become increasingly accepted by airlines & maintenance organizations to help reduce their material costs – PMA parts. PMA parts are new parts, fully approved by the FAA. They are now available from PMA suppliers at savings ranging from 25% to 45% of what you are currently paying the aircraft or engine manufacturers. Other advantages of PMA parts are: -Availability: PMAs are mostly readily available, PMAs can produce parts for a wide range of aircraft models, including older or obsolete ones. This can be advantageous when OEM parts are expensive or no longer available, e.g. the major supply chain challenges affecting the whole aviation industry from post covid. -Customization: PMAs can offer more flexibility in customization to meet specific customer needs. -Cost-effectiveness: As earlier mentioned PMAs typically offer cost savings over OEM parts. Since PMAs are aftermarket manufacturers, they can provide more competitive pricing. -Innovation and competition: The presence of PMAs in the market fosters competition, which can drive innovation and lead to improved products and technologies. -Faster lead times: PMAs often have streamlined manufacturing processes that can be tailored to client's specific needs, leading to quicker production and delivery time. PMA benefits are not limited only to the aforementioned advantages, For more benefits feel free to visit: www.adpma.com Also if you need more information or a free consultation on how to achieve PMA savings through tested and trusted cost-effective programs by over 100 airlines and MROs reach out to me at: calagbon@adpma.com #pma #parts #components #maintenance #airlines #mro #adpma #pmaambassador
