(I know the feeling) However, after taking multiple deals from start to finish, I finally found the answer: Resourcefulness Instead of being the person who looks at their personal bank account. Doesn't like the number in there. And immediately gives up and says they can't get started. Be the person who finds a solution. You can fund your project using: -Hard Money Lenders -Capital Partners -Local Banks If you do this. You are well on your way. Thoughts?

Spot on Caleb. Almost every city in America has a local real estate investors club - admittedly some are better than others (waaaay better). Getting to those to network and ask questions and learn about/find lenders is a big part of process if you're just getting started.

Private lending, SDIRAs, 401k loans. There are lots of ways. Pending the project that can make a lot of sense. We have used them all except bridge loans

3moHard money...make sure you have the 20-30% down Capital partners...be prepared to get diluted Local bank...make sure your debt/income ratio is up to snuff and be in the 750 FICO club. Nobody is making it easy bros.
