Hey, my name is Phil Burns. I'm the talent marketing lead at Neo Financial. I think what's incredible about Calgary is that you can do really meaningful work here while also having an incredible quality of life. It's the culture, it's the nightlife, it's the restaurants. The livability of the city has been remarkable. Loved the biking walking. I don't own a car and I don't feel like I'm left behind in any way. What you see in Calgary is that a lot of the players in the space are so welcome to collaborate and help each other out, but also welcome to competition and the sort of very friendly and fun way. You have a really dedicated group of individuals who are committed to working together to leveling each other U, and what really struck me is how many opportunities there are to do meaningful work here in the city.
