🏫🧑💻🙌 NATO is collaborating with Louisiana State University to develop lessons for the alliance’s cyber defense training in Europe. The NATO Allied Command Transformation Cyber Coalition is a yearly exercise to amplify and validate the interoperability of cyber warfare teams from 32 member nations. For its latest iteration, the drill will cover simulations of a breach of medical devices that actors leverage to disrupt military operations. NATO Allies agreed to establish a #new #centre to better protect against ever more sophisticated cyber threats. The NATO Integrated Cyber Defence Centre #NICC will enhance the #protection of NATO and Allied #networks and the use of #cyberspace as an operational domain. The Centre will inform NATO military commanders on possible #threats and #vulnerabilities in #cyberspace, including privately-owned #civilian #critical #infrastructures necessary to support military activities. The Centre will bring together #civilian and #military personnel from across the #NATO Enterprise, #Allied countries and experts from #industry. It will leverage advanced technologies to increase our situational awareness in cyberspace and enhance collective resilience and defence.

Sweden has joined NATO. I think this is good for Sweden, for the Swedish Defence Forces, for Swedish defence industry and for Clavister. During service in the Swedish Army I have cooperated with NATO forces. This type of cooperation will become more common and as part of my civilian work at Clavister we contribute to make technical solutions for interoperability secure and reliable. Already today we deliver cybersecurity solutions for military platforms to multiple NATO nations and we will keep doing all we can to contribute to the alliance strong cybersecurity posture. #nato #cybersecurity
