A vital component of a well-developed research project is the dissemination of its findings. It ensures that any valuable insights and discoveries from the project can reach the right audience, encouraging innovation and driving progress in the field under study. Evolv and the research partners in our SBRI Healthcare - funded stroke telerehabilitation trial have been very active in ensuring the transfer of knowledge of our project through academic publications, presentations, social media, as well as relevant stroke-related events. One of the most important global events for the sharing of knowledge and advances in research and clinical care of stroke patients is the European Stroke Organisation Conference (ESOC), now taking place in Basel, Switzerland from 15–17 May. ESOC is the perfect showcase to present our EvolvRehab – MoveWell project and we are very fortunate that Dr Philip McBride, our project manager from the University of Exeter, is there to present a poster on the results of the initial n=5 stage. There’s nobody better to represent our project’s aims and early findings than Dr McBride, who has worked very closely with us and the other project stakeholders, especially the stroke survivors and their carers who trialled EvolvRehab at home. The opportunity to share our project’s early research findings at ESOC will definitely boost its visibility and increase its potential for real-world impact, which is Evolv’s biggest goal. #stroke #telerehabilitation #exergaming #neurorehabilitation

We are proud to announce that the Accelerated Cure Project (ACP) and iConquerMS™ have received a grant of nearly $4.5M from the Department of Defense to lead the largest-ever clinical trial on fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This groundbreaking, four-year study will assess two non-pharmacological, digital therapies aimed at managing fatigue, one of the most common and debilitating symptoms of MS, affecting approximately 70% of people with the condition. In collaboration with leading institutions, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), GAIA AG, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, University Medical Center Göttingen, and Ordinal Data, Inc., this trial is committed to ensuring representation from traditionally underrepresented groups, making its findings more inclusive and impactful for the MS community. Still processing a lot of great discussions from the #EUMS2024. Had a very productive (and good) time with Stephen Wildhirt, M.D., Ph.D. and was really proud to see how the insights that he presented from our #firstinhuman clinical trial lead to some great session discussions (and further discussions afterwards). And then as an audience member, taking a step back and seeing how far we at AdjuCor GmbH have come and are coming nearer to bringing a cardiac support device that can AVOID blood contact to the 100,000's of patients in need. #advancedheartfailure Despite much interesting and upcoming tech that focuses on minimizing the consequences of blood contact 🩸 🩸, the benefits of avoiding it cannot be overstated. #nobloodcontact Very interesting to also have Mayo Clinic participating - a substantial add of scope to this meeting 💪 Big kudos to Prof. Dr. J. D. Schmitto, MD, PhD, MBA, FRCS(Glasg) FACS for leading an excellent conference organization and program - and the whole team of HTTG-Chirurgie Medizinische Hochschule Hannover 👏👏
