Three Webinars for Aspiring Board Members

Which question matters most to you: + What are we doing? + Why are we doing it? + How are we going to do it? + When is it going to be done? I am a why person myself. But I'm working on leaning into what others need and making sure I provide the answers to the other questions, just like how I talk to new managers about the need to get to know their people individually so they can give them what they need. In the spirit of that, here are the logistical details for Prodigy Leadership Academy if you are the kind of person who needs the nuts and bolts in addition to (or even more so than) the vision. ✅ 12 Sessions, including 10 content sessions and 2 peer learning circles ✅ 2 hours virtually every other week, from 2p to 4p, starting May 16 (full schedule in comment below) ✅ 24 people, maximum, to ensure everyone gets the most out of it, with a mix from industries and nonprofits ✅ A combination of content, small group discussions, and activities to keep you engaged ✅Workbooks and supporting materials so you can access your toolkit anytime

Calling all DEI Managers 📣 Last year, in partnership with Circles, we hosted monthly ERG Leader Roundtables—a space for ERG leaders to connect with peers across organizations, reflect on the past year, and collaborate on impactful ERG initiatives. As we step into 2024, we've decided to expand our Roundtables to better cater to the specific needs of DEI Managers. These sessions will be super intimate and intentional, each focusing on set topics.
