Solubility tags can increase expression yield, but they often interfere with binding and protein function and need to be removed. eProtein Discovery™ incorporates the evaluation of solubility tags on expression yield and the effect of removal. Performing expression screening of 24 constructs with 8 expression conditions, eProtein Discovery enables in situ detagging and quantification of soluble protein yield afterwards.
