Closing Out 2024: Ready to Stir Up Some Good Trouble in 2025! As we wrap up 2024, I find myself reflecting on the words of the great John Lewis: "Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble." In business and in life, progress doesn’t come from staying comfortable or keeping the status quo. It comes from asking the tough questions, challenging outdated systems, and embracing disruption to build something better. 2025 is our chance to lean into good trouble—to disrupt with purpose, innovate boldly, and create meaningful change. Whether it’s rethinking how we lead teams, redesigning customer experiences, or transforming how we approach business strategy and AI, let’s commit to making noise where it matters. The world and our businesses need courageous leaders, fearless collaborators, and visionaries who aren’t afraid to shake things up. Let’s step into 2025 with renewed energy, big ideas, and the courage to challenge what isn’t working. As we enter this new year, I encourage all of us to: ✔️ Challenge outdated norms that no longer serve us. ✔️ Drive innovation that improves businesses and lives. ✔️ Lead with empathy and courage to make meaningful progress. Let’s use this new year to build organizations and solutions that reflect our highest ideals. Let’s create workplaces where collaboration thrives, businesses that prioritize both profit and purpose, and communities where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Together, we can honor John Lewis’s legacy by committing to necessary disruption—not for its own sake, but to improve systems, empower people, and make the world a better place. Here’s to 2025—a year of bold action, purposeful leadership, and hope for a brighter future. How do you plan to drive change in the new year? Let’s share ideas and inspire each other to make an impact. #GoodTrouble #Leadership #Innovation #2025Vision #JohnLewisInspired

This is a key insight shared by North Highland CEO Alex Bombeck in his interview with The CEO Show. I learned a lot from it, including why progress over perfection is key 🔑.
