A well-led recruitment process starts well before candidates are reached out to and a job posting is made. I see a lot of business owners who are frustrated when looking to attract high-performing leaders since the decision makers are either not specific or not reasonable in their expectations.
You need to "build the target" of the ideal leader for your role.
Focus on both the outputs that need to be accomplished AND your assumption on what experience will be of most value in completing those outcomes.
