Know your strengths! 💪🏼 A few weeks ago we did a ⛳️ fundraiser to support Ascension Peyton Manning’s Children hospital with friends in the business community. It was my style of golf - a scramble. 😬 4 players hit. Find the best ball. 4 players hit from there. Rinse and repeat. All day. It made me wonder what it would be like if we worked in “scrambles” at our companies. Should we all be hitting each ball (sharing different ideas) then taking the best ball (best strategies/plans) and doing it again for the next step? Probably Collectively our team was 10 under for the day with skills ranging from scratch golfer to golf cart bluetooth speaker DJ (me🙋🏻♂️). Know your strengths and lean into others on your team with whatever may be needed for the situation - be it a 300 yard drive or a 90s Hip Hop playlist. 🎶 What role do you play in a scramble??
