Extremely Disappointed with Zoomcar Service 🚗 I am writing to share my extremely frustrating experience with Zoomcar. I had booked a Kwid vehicle from December 19th to 29th. Unfortunately, on December 23rd, the vehicle broke down completely, leaving my family, including my one-and-a-half-year-old baby, stranded in the rain with no support. Despite multiple attempts to reach both the vehicle owner and Zoomcar customer support, I received no timely assistance. The owner only responded after hours, and we had to wait in the rain with our belongings. Moreover, I paid ₹1,000 for a toll deposit and ₹1,000 for refueling, but the car was never repaired, and the owner has also ignored my repeated requests to return my baby’s new clothes that were left in the back of the car. This situation caused significant inconvenience, forced me to cut short my trip, and incurred financial loss. I am now demanding a full refund for: ₹1,000 deposit ₹1,000 for refueling The total booking amount due to service failure It’s disappointing to see such poor customer support during a critical time. Hi LinkedIn community, I want to share an update on my unresolved situation with Zoomcar, which continues to be as frustrating as it is disappointing. While returning the car, the host pressured us to pay for damage repair costs by surrounding us with many people. It was then that we realized there was no option to contact Zoomcar support by phone once the car was returned. Given the intimidating situation, we felt compelled to pay the amount. The post-rental process has been very frustrating. We raised a ticket on the Zoomcar platform, including photos of the car damage and screenshots of the host payment (ticket #1614475). Despite numerous follow-ups, the response from Zoomcar remains the same: "Wait for some time, the issue is already escalated." This experience has significantly eroded my trust in Zoomcar's commitment to customer service and transparency. The repetitive and unhelpful responses only deepen my frustration, reflecting a lack of genuine concern for resolving the issue, although I have opted for peace of mind. #CustomerService #Zoomcar #CustomerExperience #CarRental #CustomerCare

Greetings LinkedIn community, I wanted to provide an update on our unresolved situation with Zoomcar , which continues to be as frustrating as it is disappointing. While returning the car, the host pressured us to pay for damage repair costs by surrounding us with many people. Despite numerous follow-ups, the response from Zoomcar remained the same: "Wait for some time, the issue is already escalated." My friend has shared this experience on LinkedIn previously, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, even after publicly addressing the issue and tagging Zoomcar , there has been no further response or action taken by the company. They replied to my LinkedIn post but failed to follow up with any meaningful action. For the past 40 days, We have been receiving the same response via email, instructing me to wait for 24-48 hours, with no actual progress being made. This experience has significantly eroded our trust in Zoomcar's commitment to customer service and transparency. 🚨 Extremely Disappointing Experience with Zoomcar! 🚨 I regret to say that our recent experience with Zoomcar has been nothing short of a nightmare. We booked a car, paid the amount, and just a few hours before our journey (the night before), the host messaged us saying he wouldn’t be able to provide the car. We tried to cancel, but the platform wouldn’t let us, and the host said he couldn’t cancel it either. Since then, we’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop: Multiple emails sent—no response. Support tickets raised—still unacknowledged. The booking status remains unchanged, even though the booking date passed 3 days ago. No updates, no contact, and no way to get our issue resolved. There’s no one to call, and no one seems willing to help. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. We’ve lost our trust in Zoomcar. Could someone from the team please CALL us ASAP? Not emails, not messages—just a call. This situation is beyond frustrating, and we need a resolution now.
