I do not know/understand about "Which 5G" it is referred to in this Report from GSMA. The "5G" I am familiar with, involved, to some extend & follow, is the "5G" specified by 3GPP in "series of parallel Releases" (example of 3GPP 5G Rel-17 in the comment section below). Interestingly, "Everyone" talks about "5G", that is specified & covered by now, Q1, 2024 by 3GPP four (4) different 5G Specifications Releases, namely, Rel-15, Rel-16, Rel-17 & Rel-18...&, no one in this GSMA Report indicates Which 3GPP "5G Release(s)" Specifications/Features/Functionalities are "Commercialised" aka "deployed & adopted" (from the 3GPP Specifications, that are Open & Standardized,) so that everyone can understand when see the indication about the respective 3GPP Release specifictions about "Which 5G" & releated Capabilities there is reference to... but interestingly & probably also, very fascinating, it is that, No one wonders &/or asks about which 3GPP 5G Release(s) Features/ Functionalities (as there is specified "Normative" & "Optional") are commissioned out there by Q01, 2024...NO ONE...but, EVERYONE talks about "5G".....So, "simply", Which 3GPP 5G Release Specifications & respective Functionalities are commissioned & adopted out there by Q1, 2024?!?!?!? Can anyone answer?!?!?!?! and this is from GSMA Intelligence....Amazing!?!?!?
