CAM-CCBC and Jus Mundi announce partnership to publish AI-generated summaries of arbitration awards. This initiative aims to promote transparency and public access to arbitration decisions, using state-of-the-art technology to guarantee the anonymization of the parties involved. This pioneering project marks the first time that Jus-AI technology will be used to summarize arbitral awards, reinforcing the commitment of both institutions to promote innovation in arbitration while providing the public, academics, and legal professionals with a clear and detailed overview of how legal concepts are applied in arbitration proceedings. CAM-CCBC’s rules, summaries, publications, and other arbitration-related materials will also be included in Jus Mundi's public database, making them easily searchable.
