We value, respect, and celebrate the diversity of all our employees and clients. June is Pride Month, a time to uplift LGBTQ2S+ voices, celebrate LGBTQ2S+ culture, and support LGBTQ2S+ rights. At VLRC, we are not just a team, we are a united front against discrimination and prejudice. We foster an environment where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, is accepted and celebrated. Pride Month is a testament to our progress and a reminder of the work that still lies ahead. It's a time to honour the contributions and resilience of the LGBTQIA+ community while promoting equality and justice. Remember, fostering belonging is not a one-time event, it's an ongoing journey. Let us learn, grow, and stand in solidarity with our LGBTQIA+ employees, and communities. Together, through advocacy and allyship, we can build a future filled with love, acceptance, and equality for all. VLRC is proud to support and celebrate this global event. A line can be straight, or a street, but the human heart, oh, no, it’s curved like a road through mountains.” – Tennessee Williams #Pride #PrideMonth Image description: Light blue background with vertical stripes representing the rainbow flag. As we celebrate Pride Month, it’s worth noting the significance of diversity and inclusion in the maritime industry. Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are focused on making sure everyone has the same opportunity to succeed. It’s not about disrespecting the contributions of others. It is about acknowledging and addressing systemic inequalities that have persisted over time. The goal is to create a more inclusive and fairer environment where everyone is valued and respected. Pride Month is a time to honor and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, recognizing the contributions and talents they bring to all sectors, including maritime. Diversity is essential for innovation and progress. By fostering an inclusive environment within Washington State Ferries and the maritime industry at large, we can better serve our communities and navigate towards a brighter future together. 🌈Happy Pride Month! 🌟 As we celebrate love and equality, it’s crucial to remember that being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community goes beyond rainbow flags and parades. Here are some ways we can all make a difference: 1. **Educate Yourself** – Take time to understand the history, struggles, and victories of LGBTQ+ rights. Knowledge is the first step towards empathy. 2. **Speak Up** – Use your voice to stand against homophobia, transphobia, and discrimination. Silence often means complicity. 3. **Support LGBTQ+ Businesses** – This month, and every month, choose to support businesses owned by LGBTQ+ individuals. 4. **Respect Pronouns** – Something as simple as using the correct pronouns can make a world of difference in making everyone feel accepted. 5. **Attend Events** – Whether virtual or in-person, participating in Pride events shows solidarity and helps fund various LGBTQ+ causes. At Turnberry Solutions, we strive to create a more inclusive world, not just during Pride Month but every day. #PrideMonth #LGBTQSupport #BeAnAlly #LoveIsLove

Sky Group's media ecosystem is one of the most complex and dynamic, making it challenging to securely produce, distribute, and manage content and services to business and residential consumers. From on-premise to cloud, purchase to subscription, broadband to mobile, breaking news to sports events, concept to camera and platform to device, Sky like other leaders is dependent on vendors, service providers, partners, telecom vendors and technologies. Exploitation of the found vulnerabilities can lead to potential loss of content and operational disruption. At Goal Seek Digital - Strategic Digital Advisory & Consulting Boutique we've got more reason to be proud of our Cybersecurity Delivery Unit's ongoing consultancy towards a Zero Trust model for Sky Group; to drastically improve its cyber defence posture, reduce attack surface and play our part in keeping the lights on for a champion of equality, inclusivity and social justice. Successful companies stay true to their values and business imperative to welcome more people to the table, not walk away when it gets noisy and hard. Coors is throwing away decades of effort to regain the trust of LGBTQ and ally employees and consumers. Corporate responsibility demands a laser focus on the reality that our world is already more diverse and inclusive. Thriving businesses always invite more people to belong and be respected, in every move they make.

Top tips for championing inclusivity during Pride month...and beyond! 🌈 Be an ally, learn about LGBTQIA+ issues to enhance your understanding and support of the community. 🌈 Examine and challenge your own biases to cultivate a more inclusive mindset. 🌈 Confront discriminatory language or behaviours, promoting respect and acceptance. 🌈 Utilise inclusive language and pronouns to foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 🌈 Listen to LGBTQIA+ experiences and concerns with empathy and without judgement. 🌈 Advocate for policies and practices that promote equality and protect against discrimination. LGBTQIA+ inclusion should take place 365 days of the year. This is why Lifetime Group has its Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy in place to make sure we’re always considering the rights and needs of the LGBTQIA+ community when decisions are being made, and to avoid any kind of ‘performative allyship’.

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫. You’ll see logos across a number of organisations opt to change to a rainbow version…it’s pointless and unnecessary 🤷🏻♂️ Pride Month isn’t just about the Pride Month flags, the LGBTQ+ Pride Month facts or Pride Month resources because LGBTQ+ inclusion takes place 365 days of the year. At Bradford at Night, we do everything we can to make sure our network has a reputation of inclusivity and acceptance, and that people associate that with our normal logo, year-round. Pride is not just a celebration. Although it is an important to time to celebrate the progress that has been made across legislation, attitudes and behaviours, it is also a continued protest. June 1970, marked the first anniversary since the uprising at New York’s Stonewall Inn. Since then, the parades have also been a sign of fighting for liberation, visibility and equality. In the UK, particularly up until the repeal of Section 28 in 2003, Pride had a more protest feel than a parade. The Pride Month meaning remains the same and is a time for people within the community, and their allies, to celebrate successes in LGBTQ+ inclusion, but it is also a time for reflection.
