Nowadays, the industry is facing the competition between HJT, Topcon and BC technologies. ✅ HJT technology is progressing slowly, it’s needed to lower the costs and improve reliability but has increasing potential for power generation. ✅ Topcon has become a trend , holding about 70% of the market share thanks to its maturity and efficiency advantages. However, challenges facing further efficiency still remains. According to Bloomberg BNEF, Topcon will remain a trend until 2030. ✅ BC cells have advantages of efficiency but highest costs and lower bifaciality are the major obstacles.
