Observation I have noticed while working in an office, the majority of people order in their food. They do this instead of making it themselves. Don't get me wrong, ordering from time to time is not bad, and when I feel like it, I do it myself. Nevertheless, ordering out almost every day leads to an increase in your monthly expenditures. A ⬇ rather poor diet, because mostly these are ready-made or pre-packaged. And it will divert you from improving your cooking. Thus, start making your homemade food the day before, and even better, prepare it in advance by meal prepping, to save you countless hours during the week.
