So many enjoyable small details about the park, sometimes it’s easy to miss them or take them for granted. And the same can be said for regulated compliance. It’s easy to focus on the big stuff that we sometimes need refresher conversations about the parts we rarely give the same focus to. Our conversations with the team highlighted just that and demonstrated it’s good to talk. Weekly team meetings are a great opportunity to bring these topics to the front of everyone’s mind and share updates, concerns or best practices. Why not choose a subject, whether it be ‘How to spot a Vulnerable Customer?’ or ‘What does a Conflict of Interest look like?’ and add it on to the end of your team meeting to make it more engaging and help ensure there is a consistent knowledge throughout the team.
