Workshop on land assembly? Sounds great! Land isn't necessarily an issue. However, land that is developable (or can be made economically viable to develop) is often raised as a huge challenge in rural areas. Rather than focus on challenges as a negative, though, it'll be really interesting to discuss the opportunities of land assembly in supporting rural housing delivery.
