Just reflecting on a wonderful day at this year’s TSPA APAC summit and though my trip was quite short it has been truly packed with meeting friends, colleagues, old and new. Getting to spend time immersed in the region once more delights me with the phenomenal cultural nuisances and diversity the brings to life the continued need for our Trust and Safety communities. Delighted to learn from the great discussions and insights shared from the opening key note with Clara Koh and Adelin Cai (蔡玉娴) to the deep understanding of local nuances, effective communication strategies, and ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity and respect across borders. Great insightful panels also with Joël Kalmanowicz Kate Seiffert Norman Ng Ilana Rosenzweig Pratishtha Arora and look forward to continuing the conversations.
