𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 - our candidates have to have demonstrable interest in Finance and M&A. You have to be deeply interested to enjoy this area of work. Often it is in your degree, but sometimes it is also in work placements or your extra-curricular activities 2. 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 - our team are given loads of autonomy and responsibility.
