I’m (beyond?) pleased to share the trailer we’ve made for MIPIM 2025, shot at this year’s event and produced over the summer. To anyone doesn’t know MIPIM, it’s the Commercial Real Estate event of the year. It’s Davos/Sibos/Comicon/MWC/Cannes Lions, when the whole industry ecosystem gathers in Cannes every March. A year of business in one week, if you play it right. The brief this year was to produce a film that reflected the event’s evolution into a Global Urban Festival, that showed a more inclusive and varied industry that, like others, has changed a lot since the pre-Covid years. It’s been interesting to watch MIPIM and its brand develop since I first went in 2008 and I think this film probably captures the essence of what it offers more than any other work we’ve done for RX Global to date, and that highlights the role real estate plays in all our lives. There are still a lot of suits, and Caffe Roma is still always packed, but there’s a lot more to MIPIM now. #mipim2025 #realestate #videomarketing

Guadalajara Convention & Visitors Bureau has become the latest addition to the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers’ (IAPCO) Destination Partnership community. The partnership programme was created in 2013 to bring about more collaboration between professional congress organisers (PCOs) and convention and visitor bureaux (CVBs) around the world. IAPCO partners report that the economic impact of the business events they have won directly through IAPCO membership may reach over €300m.
