I just got into a spirited debate with someone about Jeep vs Ford brand loyalty. Jeep people are Jeep people, for life. They have allies, events, guidebooks. Ford people are also GMC or RAM or Chevy people, as best fits. Or at least that was my argument. Experiential Marketing + Word of Mouth Rules! Boring Brand Marketing Drools!
