Thrilled to announce the launch of my 4th book: Finding Humanity: The Evolution of Sales on Jan 14th! This one is quite different than my other three. It's a story of my journey in finding humanity when I couldn't even make sense of the world...just after getting the news my mom needed to go into hospice. That journey led to releasing pain, deepening connections, and discovering the secret to the truly successful businesses. The first section of Finding Humanity is on BELONGING. There are four additional contributors to this section- talking about their experience, viewpoints, and suggestions for how to incorporate more humanity and belonging into your business and life. I'm so grateful for their stories: Erica Holthausen talks about the importance of having a safe place to be able to show up as our authentic selves. Dave Combs reminds us to not just become aware of but also to share our unique gifts. Kristen Wilkinson shares the impact her experience of working at a company that consciously chooses 'belonging' as a value (Airbnb) had on her. And Tracy Stuckrath gives us an example of how belonging begins with inclusivity. Over the next week, I'll share a bit about each section and the wonderful contributors who were included in it. Having contributors wasn't my intention. Frankly, turning this into a book wasn't my original intention- it was finding peace. But in having conversations to better understand and find meaning, I heard the most incredible perspectives of love, collaboration, purpose, and humanity- and it reminded me that this is BIGGER than me!
