Here’s the interesting thing about LLMs: I don’t think they can ever truly reflect reality. Why? Because people fabricate information all the time on the internet, for better or worse. There was a popular trend in the early 2000s of CEOs writing memoirs of how they got to be successful, but time has shown these stories to be either anecdotes or false attributions. LLMs can’t truly know what’s going on in a human’s head, and arguably, it’s the bad information that surfaces first because the model is exposed to more bad advice / grifting than good advice. TL;DR: Don’t use an LLM for CEO advice. 😂

Can I add a bit more here Smriti Sahu..?? Being good in your job has to be there. That is a given. Then to be likable helps as it gives you an edge... If you are not good at job, being likable may protect you at whatever place you are, yet you will not get a chance to grow because up there their performance depends on your performance.. Sometimes when we find someone closer to boss getting promoted, we want to believe that it is only because of likability. Not really. You may never come to know how the person has been useful to boss or the organisation professionally... Think about it... In any case in world of corporate, likability is temporary.. Kaafi unpopular opinion but Being likeable is actually more important than being good at your job.

It was a pleasure to delve into the Atomic Habit: Law 2-Make it attractive last evening. This is such a powerful concept when it comes to building habits. My key insights were: 1. Habits are linked to a reward. As a result, when we expect a reward from an action, our brain releases the happiness hormone (dopamine) and is hence triggered to repeat such actions. 2. Temptation Bundling is a great technique where you pair something you want to do with something you need to do 3. Often our habits are influenced by the people around us (our family and friends). Surrounding yourself with people who already have the habits you want to build makes those habits more attractive. To break a bad habit; Make it unattractive. This is greatly involved by a change in the mindset and how you perceive a habit. Is there a particular bad habit you're thinking of reframing or making unattractive?
