We’re committed to fostering accessibility and building an inclusive workplace. In recognition of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we hosted Spencer West —a global keynote speaker, content creator, and activist. After losing both legs at age five, Spencer has faced adversity head-on, becoming a powerful advocate for accessibility. Known for summiting Mount Kilimanjaro on his hands and wheelchair, opening for Demi Lovato on a world tour, and starring in a Toronto International Film Festival documentary, Spencer continues to inspire with his resilience. His bestselling book, Standing Tall: My Journey, and 4+ million TikTok followers highlight his wide-reaching impact. Spencer shared his journey with us and led a meaningful discussion on fostering accessibility and creating a more inclusive workplace.
