Each game has its own rhythm. Especially an exciting tennis match played in the biggest video game franchise of its kind. We crafted this soundtrack using only sounds you hear on the court for the new visual identity created by DXD for 2K. Special thanks to Disruption by Design, Bruno Regalo, Monica Gelbecke, Gabriel Menezes, Thiago Matsunaga, Alessandra Horn, Fuze Image and Eduardo Rosa. — Music and Sound Company: CANJA Audio Culture Music Direction: Eduardo Karas, Filipe Resende Account Manager / Executive Producer: Vanessa Mafra Project Management: Ana Flor, Flavia Medeiros, Mariana Aldrigue Music & Sound Effects: Levi Mynssen

Who says the game has to be played in the same way? Certainly not us. We believe the best way to play the game is by understanding every industry we work in, and then creating something that really helps. We know what we’re talking about. We know our tech. We know finance. And we want to give all of that knowledge to you. #Centtrip #AlwaysOnTheMoney #Entertainment

https://lnkd.in/g7AmHb3W #Throwback to London 2018 where players picked up another collaborative technique called 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈, from one of #play14's co-founders Cedric Pontet. Event storming is a workshop-style technique that brings project stakeholders together (both developers and non-technical users) to explore complex business domains. 😍 What new games are we going to pick up at #play14Singapore on 25-27 Oct? 🤔 Are YOU going to be there playing and learning new games with us? #eventstorming #seriousgames #playforcollaboration #letsplay #playlah

Rick Rubin, the legendary music producer, once said this in an interview with Lewis Howes when asked whether he worries that people will not like the music he produces: "I’m not making it for them. I’m making it for me. And it turns out that when you make something truly for yourself, you’re doing the best thing you possibly can for the audience. So much of why, if you go to the movies, so many big movies are just not good. It’s because they’re not being made by a person who cares about it. They’re being made by people who are trying to make something that they think someone else is going to like. That’s not how art works. That’s something else. That’s commerce." Rubin talks more in-depth about this in his book The Creative Act, one of my all-time favorites. The book helped me understand something specifically about the Gameball project — http://www.gameball.fun — I am now working full-time on again: Gameball is more like an art project than a traditional tech startup. Here's what I mean. Someone asked me recently if I was trying to build the Gameball project or just do something in sports. Without hesitation, I said that I am trying to build this particular app that I've been vetting and refining for more than 12 years. I didn't start this project because I saw an opportunity in the market. That came later. I started this project because I personally really, really want this app. #buildinpublic
