Cannes Can: Diversity Collective’s Post

APOLOGIES, A BIT LATE TO THE CANNES POSTS PARTY 🫠🎉 There was was so much to unpack. Maybe one thing that I didn't get around to mentioning, that was a big take away for me, was the celebrating. Advertising can be ruthlessly competitive, but it felt like when Cannes had come around, the work had all been done, the submissions had been made, and it was a time to just celebrate each other. I used to see Cannes as an award show, but being amongst the festivities it was a celebration of not just creativity, but also difference, culture, rule-breakers, young blood, old blood, game-changers, brands, clients, DE&I, etc. Big thank you to Cannes Can: Diversity Collective and Cannes Lions School for shaping my experience and providing such an enriching opportunity. https://lnkd.in/gEtE5rTA
