Would it be crazy to hire a full-time content manager for my personal accounts? I'm spending an INSANE amount of time on social media now... And I really only focus on Twitter (and a little on LinkedIn). I want to dive headfirst into Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. But I just don't have the bandwidth for it. Content agencies seem way overpriced. I'd want this person to take handle: - Content planning - Video editing - SEO - Post scheduling - Analytics / data tracking - Trend monitoring All the content still comes from me, but the stuff above is what takes hours and hours of extra work. Does anyone have experience hiring an agency or full-time content manager?
