Hi!
I have completed the position of Chief Product officer at Healsonic
Over the years, we have:
- built the world's best product
- Increased the number of diagnostic studies (a key business metric) from 8000 to 100,000 per month.
- Created and learned how to interpret unique analytics for our business processes
- Introduced AI into a number of workflows and planned further implementation
- Launched new lines of business, created new departments and increased the team sixfold.
- And we made a million mistakes, came up with a thousand wrong hypotheses and we've learned the hard way many times.
I finish the job feeling like I've done some really cool and valuable work. I've spent four years working to make medical diagnostics more accessible, and now I'm open to new things. I want to thank Healsonic's CEO, Dmitry Roslyakov. It's been awesome!
My experience wasn't the most consistent, but it was super diverse. Thanks to my brain, which likes to do very different things. Before I got into product, I was an art director at VK (ex Mail.ru Group), and even before that a creative director at advertising agencies. The most important thing I've learned is that you can understand a product or a project as deeply as you want, but it's much more important to understand people. And I think that's what I've learned.
I understand how the product and the business work, I understand new topics quickly, I understand what is important and what is not so important.
Now I want to take a break for a while, and then I will look for a job in the position of product owner or product manager.
let's get to know each other!
