The Virginia Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the University of Virginia Law School hosted a panel discussion today to incoming first year law students on civility and professionalism in the practice of law. The panel speakers were ABOTA member, Derrick L. Walker of Allen & Allen in Richmond, VA, Kathleen “Kate” M. McCauley of Moran Reeves & Conn in Richmond, VA, and Justice Cleo E.
