Would you rather take a sign-on bonus , with a lower salary/bps/hourly pay, that forces you to stay at a company for 2 years and if you leave before the 2 years are up, you have to pay it back, re-join the company, or get sued? Or would you rather get paid a the highest salary/bps/hourly pay you've ever been offered and have no sign-on bonus?

Replacing a 6 figure corporate salary is NOT easy. That’s why I recommend my clients take advantage of indirect revenue streams. These are ways to generate cash without much input. You already have your service and that takes a lot of time. How about adding in: - A referral scheme - Creating a partnership and taking commission - A client survey to see how to add to your service Small things add up. Start now to replace your salary ASAP!

Commission can be unfair with regards to certain things, so just keep it simple. If you sell ‘X’ consecutively for (time period) your salary will go up by ‘Y’. This saves all those conversations, keeps motivation and allows positive growth. I like to keep it simple stupid! How do you guys reward commission in your businesses?
