We're excited to welcome our newest class of nurses to the Capital Health Nurse Residency Program! This 15-month certificate program gives new nurse graduates an opportunity to transition from entry-level nursing to professional nursing care under the guidance of a Capital Health preceptor or nurse leader. The program provides support and guidance to assist our nurse residents in developing clinical judgment, leadership, and decision-making skills. If you are a new registered nurse and want to learn more about the program, please email Kim Coleman at kcoleman@capitalhealth.org or Joy Bray at dbray@capitalhealth.org #nursing #program
