✨ Back on LinkedIn after a whirlwind start to the year ✨ The winter break feels like a lifetime ago now, but one thing I reflected on during those quieter days is just how little time we sometimes have to make decisions. I came across a quote recently that really struck me: In this fast-paced world, where time feels shorter and funding tighter, trusting instinct and experience is becoming a necessity ? It’s a challenge, but also a reminder of how important it is to stay grounded in our values and purpose. \Workforce remains a continuum—something I’ve often said can’t be restricted to short commissioning cycles if we want to make long-term change. Next few weeks, I’m looking forward to: 💡 Deep dives into our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT) work. 🌉 Strengthening the Primary and Secondary Care Interface work 📊 Influencing commissioners with robust, impactful data. 💪 Building the strength and resilience of our incredible team. The challenges are real, but so is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. One instinct, one decision, and one collaboration at a time. What’s on your radar for the year ahead?

I’m not surprised by the L&T Chairman’s statement about the 90-hour workweek. But the comment about “what will you do staring at your wife or husband” struck me as especially bizarre. It reflects a brazen disregard for family values and undermines the importance of work-life balance. Such flawed statements spread like wildfire. Because he attributed this to China's global dominance. The real driver in China's progress was hence missed - Strategic and deep investments in infrastructure, AI, and global influence.
