can we get an honest update on what's going on with your banking system? people are literally struggling in America right now and having money held up is not fun when bills are due and food needs to be put on the table. can we get a statement or something? you all have been VERY silent and that's concerning, AND eroding the trust people are "suppose" to have with you.
What about direct deposits? Those are still down
DO NOT USE CAPITAL ONE. I just opened a business checking account with them and the day I started to get money in it they had a quote "technical error" and now I cannot access it anywhere (phone, online, quicken). When I called all I was told is "we know of the issue" and they refuse to do ANYTHING about it. Is it even legal to not give access to your funds for multiple days in a row? This has to be the worst bank I have ever used and will be closing it as soon as I can access my own money.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL As of Q3 2024, your LCR was 163%…move some money around and deposit it into impacted customers’ accounts. That would be TOO HUMAN and you obviously do not deem your customers worth what you likely would consider an “accounting nightmare.” You are a corporation, you move money around when it serves your own fiscal and financial interests, not ours. There are people whose children are not eating at all or as well as they could tonight. They don’t even have the mental or emotional bandwidth right now to post here. I post for them. …and these responses on customer’s comments reek of AI generation.
Where is my direct deposit??? This is completely unacceptable, CFPB needs to be looking into this as well!!

It only takes about 10 minutes to submit. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (800) 613-6743. They are responsible for the regulation of certain banks and they directly monitor Capital One - You can file a complaint here: https://www.helpwithmybank.gov/file-a-complaint/index-file-a-complaint.html.
