I stand in admiration and support of the progress achieved by women in Saudi Arabia. The strides taken in the last six years have been profound, reflecting a pace of change that could be equated to decades, if not centuries, of progress in other regions. The dedication and courage displayed by Saudi women, championed by leaders like HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar Al-Saud, show the potential for rapid and significant advancement in gender equality. The transformation witnessed in Saudi Arabia highlights an essential narrative: women not only embrace change but also lead it, breaking down long-standing barriers in fields as diverse as sports, entrepreneurship, and even space exploration. Today, 57% of STEM graduates are Women. As we look around the globe, no country has yet achieved complete gender parity. The journey towards equality is universal and ongoing. Yet, if each nation could emulate the speed of progress demonstrated by Saudi Arabia, the estimated 131 years to reach a fair and equal world would shrink dramatically. Let's accelerate our collective efforts. We're reminded that equality is not just a destination but a continuous path of progress and empowerment. Together, let's support the advancement of women everywhere, for when women thrive, humanity moves forward. “To those who seek to deny our women the same opportunities of others, what I hear clearly is that there is no seat for us at their table. But we welcome you at ours.” A noble and elevated response from HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar Al-Saud to The Washington Post negative op-ed on #WTA finals being “exploited by Saudi”. It’s disheartening that such criticism comes from female tennis legends, highlighting the need for #Diversity and #Inclusion progress in the United States. All eyes on Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia's growth is evident, attracting interest for collaboration, and the countless amount of emails I receive on a daily basis from colleagues and business owners who want to explore areas of collaboration on the Saudi scene, is a testament of the exponential growth happening in Saudi and the appetite for investors to join the wave of #growth. #Saudi women play a significant role in this economic growth, owning over 300,000 businesses, mirroring the United States' percentage, and showcasing their impactful contribution to shaping the future.

The dynamic presence of Gulf women is revolutionizing the workforce landscape across the region. Harnessing this momentum requires targeted efforts towards inclusion. In Saudi Arabia, a nation deeply rooted in tradition, a significant paradigm shift is underway. Aligned with the ambitious Vision 2030, Saudi women are transitioning from their traditional roles as homemakers to becoming pivotal contributors to the country’s socio-economic fabric. Government backing for female entrepreneurship is palpable through initiatives like the 'Monsha’at' program, offering financial support and training to women-led startups. Similarly, Emirati women stand at the forefront of philanthropy and civil engagement. Entities like the Dubai Women Establishment and the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council serve as influential platforms shaping policies and societal perspectives #شركات_مباشر #السعودية #SharikatMubasher #Business #Company #investment

Reflecting on my recent visit to Saudi Arabia, I am so proud to have witnessed an incredible milestone at the inaugural 24 Fintech event, which attracted nearly 40,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors. The diversity in the room was remarkable, with a strong and visible presence of women. As we look toward Saudi Vision 2030, it’s inspiring to see the progress already being made to bring female workforce participation to 30%. According to the 2021-2022 Women’s Report for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 95% of Saudi women see entrepreneurship as a good career choice, 93% see opportunities for new businesses and 90% report that it's easy to start one. Female entrepreneurs have been at the forefront of this transformation, now making up 45% of the Kingdom’s SME owners. Let’s not forget that exposure to strong female role models is essential for young women, showing them just how far they can go in the professional world. The future is bright, and the contributions of these talented women will continue to drive the Kingdom forward. #Vision2030 #SaudiArabia #Empowerment #WomenInBusiness #FinancialLiteracy #DiversityAndInclusion
