Continuous-flow intersections (CFI) are an alternative at-grade intersection arrangement, also known as a 'displaced right-turn'. They are designed to reduce delays by redirecting right-turning vehicles to the other side of the opposing traffic to make their turn before they approach the junction, allowing longer green time for the through movements. Having successfully been implemented in many locations throughout the USA, these types of intersections have recently been adopted in Australia at locations within QLD, NSW and VIC. Salerno Street on the Gold Coast was actually the first ever CFI installed in Australia! Reno, Nevada - The 180,000-square-foot industrial facility being developed in 9865 North Virginia St. today is just one of the major proposed addition to the industrial inventory of the state. This acquisition by the Los Angeles-based company, known for its extensive range of plastic pipes, marks significant investor interest in the area. Further boosting Tacoma's industrial profile, Davis Property & Investment secured a major lease for its new development, Tacoma Central Logistics, with Infinity Global Distribution occupying 248,000 sq feet.
