I am grateful for the heartwarming impact the CAPS Network continues to have on quality education and individual educators like me. Just received goodies from my good friend Corey Mohn - such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you, John Musau for the warm visit at BEADS for Education in Kenya today and ensuring I received these goodies. Here's to finding a joint path forward - cheers! #Gratitude #ProfessionalDevelopment #connections HundrEDorg

Where students lead...in Wisconsin! #capsnet
LAUNCH (Elmbrook Schools, CAPS Network) has kicked off its Fall Project Phase (10 week projects) that have students leading research to gain perspective and understanding, solution design (applying technical skills) and storytelling (public speaking). We have amazing industry and community connections who curate problems they face and support our students in solving those problems. We have the most students (over 400) working with adults. Thank you to all who support experiential learning! It changes the world.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Focused on bringing top talent for technical, functional, and leadership positions! Come see what is happening with Jack Henry!
I’m excited to share that the National CAPS program, the parent organization of our GO CAPS Monett program, has selected us to be featured in their upcoming information video! This video will showcase our partnership, the benefits Jack Henry has gained from being involved, and highlight some of the incredible projects our students have completed. Did you know that our students played a key role in redesigning the office in Allen? They were able to fly to our Allen office in our corporate jet, collaborate and brainstorm with project leaders, and present some awesome ideas that were incorporated into the redesign of the Allen office! I had the honor of being interviewed and will be featured in the national video when it is released. Here’s a picture of me during the interview. This is truly and amazing program that I am so thankful to be a part of! #GOCAPS #JackHenry #StudentSuccess #InnovativeProjects #ProudMentor

One of the pain points for the wholesale baking industry's workforce woes is the lack of awareness around the industry as a rewarding career path. So many people simply aren't aware of the opportunities that exist within the industry from food science to engineering to sales and marketing. CAPS Network aims to connect industry with education and help bridge those gaps! Jennifer Lindsey and Nate Clayberg spoke at NEXUS Of Baking last week about the opportunity this program offers in the baking industry to get in front of high school students. #workforce #bakingindustry

MET Professional Academy Technology Instructor, Peoria Unified School District; CIS Adjunct at Glendale Community College
One of the highlights of teaching at the MET Professional Academy is being a part of the weekly professional skills workshops we put on for our students. Today, I had the pleasure of co-hosting a "Leveraging LinkedIn" workshop with my colleague Amy Jordan Munoz for our second-year students. I also was able to help my first-year technology students explore some major maps. Working with these amazing students on topics that directly influence their career futures is incredibly fulfilling and I’m glad I get to be a part of this “high school redefined” model of education. Great things are happening with our TriDistrict CAPS affiliate in Minnesota.
Ella is a TriDistrict CAPS alum and was a Student Associate who served as an intern with the Simulation Lab at Regions Hospital this past spring. Kudos and thanks to Ryan Aga and the team there, and for our great partners Christine Wilson and Molly Lindblad, also at Regions, in Volunteer Services, for making connections and providing such an impactful learning experience. Hats off to Ella for first pursuing, then leaning into the opportunity, and knocking it out of the park!

CAPS American Justice For All (Law) students visited the Coterie Theater on September 25th to watch "Horse Power", gaining valuable insights into the history of the American Royal and the ongoing issues of racism in horse training. Afterward, they toured the U.S. Federal District Court in Kansas, meeting U.S. Marshal's office reps, Kansas District Judge Dan Crabtree, and U.S. District Attorney Kate E. Brubacher. It was a day full of informative and impactful experiences! ⚖️
