Last chance to apply - posting closes on Monday 7th October. I’m always asked ‘what are you looking for?’ I’ve been a hiring manager in Orthopaedic sales across the UK and US for 11 years, and the absolute non negotiables never change! They are the skills that cost absolutely nothing: - Be enthusiastic - Be on time - Look smart - Have Humility - Have empathy - Be polite - Be happy and smile! - Listen more than you talk Here’s the ‘why’ We are a sales company and without the above, our customers will not want to be around that person. I am not worried about people knowing our products or the knowledge of anatomy required to assist in the OR with a complex fracture - a basic understanding of each is more than enough to come to an interview with, because J and J will invest heavily in you in these areas if you get a job with us. What I do expect is for you to know what trauma Sales Consultants do on a day to day basis. With the accessibility of social platforms, there is no reason why you can’t spend your time networking, asking SC’s this info - I dont know many that will not pick up the phone or even meet with you for a coffee to explain the day to day expectations. These SC’s are looking for potential team mates too! Focus on the skills that cost nothing as this makes up 95% of what great looks like.
Awesome opportunity to join a great team in Ft Myers Florida for J and J Med Tech, Trauma! https://lnkd.in/ed9C8bqN Brian Taylor Kurt Borstelman Andrew Lesczynski Michael Carte Zackery Stelmashenko Courtney Peterson Austin Moore Eddie Maher Brittany Ayers Kyle Yinger J. What a great time at the New York eye bank disco event. Honestly this is what medical sales is all about. At the end of the day we hit quotas, make good money, and significantly improve surgeons cases and outcomes. But at the end of the day it really comes down to the patient. Without improving their outcomes, procedures, post op care, etc. how would we even have a job? If you keep all of those things in the front of your mind, I promise you will hit quota. Just focus on how can I serve my doctors and their patients. If you come into play in either or, Or both, I promise you will exceed quota, yearly, 2 cents from someone working 7+ years for some of the biggest companies Stryker Smith+Nephew KARL STORZ United States #medicalsales

Although I try to avoid this view (for work), there are some reasons I am happy to travel for work: -clinical training for a surgeon partner/rep -innovative business opportunity -strategic partnership meeting with another entrepreneurial distributor -if one of our reps or distributor partners needs me in territory (case coverage or new surgeon meeting, I got you). All things where I can invest in others who I genuinely care about and/or advance business. Investment, not cost. What does not inspire me to get on an airplane: - 99.99999% of national sales meetings - sales awards trips - extravagent facility tours (A weekend of brotastic chest bumps and high fives can be left for someone else.) My boundaries are not supposed to be for everyone as you have to set your own boundaries based on where you are in your career and your family situation. Everytime I have this view for work, it is not just “work travel” that I see, it is “time away from my family”. That being said, I absolutely love the endoscopic course featuring the flarehawk implant that Accelus puts on. Great clinical course and solid/differentiated technology. As implant prices continue to drop clinical courses will be less frequent so I will always try to support those companies committed to clinical development. Christian Loughran Kristin Mellus

Calling all Super Reps to the best sales job in healthcare. Convincing smart doctors that trying to recruit on their own is not so smart requires toughness, creativity, and tenacity. Not a job for marshmallows! However, on the other side of that gauntlet are better-performing practices, happier practice staff, enhanced patient care, and more innovative solutions to health and longevity. It’s worth the battle! Since 2019, MindBody Talent has broken through those barriers to serve holistic healthcare practices in 20 U.S. states, placed armies of clinical and non-clinical professionals, and impacted the lives of over 50,000 patients. If that’s your kind of challenge, then apply to join our team. You’ll have a life-changing portfolio of services to sell, lucrative compensation, and knowledge that you’re fighting the good fight. https://lnkd.in/gZhzy5nR Talent Evolved. 9 years ago, we saw an opportunity to create something extraordinarily special in an industry that people are eager to break into. We noticed that big time distribution outlets in “Total Joint Replacements” were fairly common; however, there were very few in Extremity Distribution. So I left my comfy W2 role, and took what was a massive risk at the time. Despite skepticism from sales reps, industry insiders, and even friends, our vision was crystal clear: 1. Create an ideal environment to attract talented Sales folks, and give them unwavering support to help them achieve their goals in life (both professionally and personally). 2. Partner with industry leading manufacturers who add value. 3. Create a “one stop shop” and personalized approach for physicians to be able to essentially hit the “easy button” when selecting the PEOPLE/products/services that they would like to utilize to treat their patients. 4. SCALE. Here we are 9 years later with 20+ people in our organization spanning multiple states, multiple office locations, and we’re scaling. We’ve been able to help change the lives of so many people along the way; all while helping physicians provide top notch care for their patients. We’ve also been able to give back to the community in ways that deeply resonate with me. Reflecting on our journey so far, we just simply want to say THANK YOU to all of the physicians, representatives, manufacturers, and supporters who have placed their trust in Progressive Medical Solutions, LLC along the way. Without you, none of this would be possible. The essence of our story is rather simple: Never let naysayers deter you from pursuing your dreams. If people aren’t laughing at your dreams; perhaps your dreams aren’t big enough. The road to success isn’t linear. A wise man once told me “that worm will turn”. You will hit speed bumps. Embrace your passions and pursue them with unwavering determination! We’re just getting started. Looking forward to the future of Progressive Medical Solutions, LLC

I’m That Kidney Transplant Sales Guy 🚀 head of sales @ The SD Lab | Sales Development, Sales Coach, Repeatable & Scalable Growth Expert
As I approach my first year being in the books here at The SD Lab I thought I'd reflect on the past year & what a freaking year it has been! I helped 🔥 Tom Slocum bring a new offering to market in our outbound sales development as a service. Bringing basically The Outbound Sales guy's service into the lab. Came out the gate on fire bringing in 6 net new clients. Unfortunately, this left us stretched thin which ment new business was not sourced & clients did not recieve proper execution. We went 5 months without revenue & it tested us mentally & I was ready to pack it all in & give up. Tom would not allow me to give up on what he knew was something special that we were building. I battled dialysis & trying to give 100% effort every single day & if you know anyone who has been on dialysis that is not possible. A lot of days I was not even 50% well but I kept showing up. I recieved the best news ever in my transplant. We hired 2 reps & built a great onboarding process for future reps. We overhauled our entire process & foundation which now we are seeing huge success because of the hard work both Tom & I spent. You have know idea how much of a true friendship & brotherhood Tom & I have. We push each other. We have mutual respect for each other. We're not afriad to call one another out when needed. I'm excited to be transitioning into head of sales & running our outbound sales development as a service business. A lot of hard work is still left to be accomplished. Tom you know how much I love you & the incredible opportunity you have afforded me! #SalesDevelopment #OutboundSales #OutboundProspecting #Brotherhood #Reflection #Family #TheSDLab #TheOutboundSalesGuy
