After a super packed Dreamforce, I know I will be dreaming about Agentforce. The use case in this video is about customer service and it is absolutely amazing (and live today!), but if I translate it to my background - commercial excellence in energy and process manufacturing - imagine what an agent could do in terms of helping your commercial teams optimize their contract portfolio by advising them on BATNAs, or telling them how to best use the optionality in their contracts to maximize their returns. The possibilities are endless. As Patrick Stokes says in the video - if you can describe it, you can create it. What use cases would you like Agentforce to help you with?
