Here's are a few areas of focus I believe will encourage this change: • 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: Test new ideas in controlled environments, learning quickly and adapting as you go. • 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Openly discuss setbacks, focusing on the insights gained rather than dwelling on the missteps. • 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: From workshops to online courses, invest in employee development at all levels.
