I started at Microsoft when I was 21. Truly, I grew up there. I created the foundation for my career those first 5 years. -I learned how to talk to customers. -I learned how to overcome imposter syndrome. -I learned what SQL was (and that making AS400 jokes always hits). I learned how to do sales well, and created a process that landed Pclub 3x. A decade+ later, I took those learnings... and built Zinnia to automate a lot of the busy work. Where did you grow up in your career? Did you build something you needed in life? Did you also learn that sunscreen existed in your early 20s 🫥 ?

While our team of #softwaresuperheroes may be mighty, our B team is undoubtedly better (and far cuter). Introducing our team pets! Lentil and Sparkles, who belong to our junior software engineer, Wilhelm Muller, are a dynamic duo who can scurry across keyboards faster than we can. While Dexter, a marmoset monkey, helps Keana Micaela Odayar keep monkey-ing around to a minimum! Lastly, but definitely not least, we have 1 year old Toto - a miniature Schnauzer who, David Sharpe assures us, is a VERY good boy! We're showing a little love to our furry friends this week so go give your pets a little head pat for being the best companion. #Pets #softwaredevelopment #programmers

There is no easy tech discipline. Any one you decide to delve into involves a rigorous training and dedication. You have to do and do and do. Practice, practice and more practice.
