For the first time, only 49% of Americans believe a college degree is a good idea. A staggering 51% say it's not worth it anymore… and it makes total sense. Back in the '80s, a degree had a 1:1 ratio with post-college salaries. Now it costs around $142k, and salaries have crawled up from 45k to 55!!! The math…isn’t mathing… Enter the information era – online courses, tech/sales positions, and YouTube as a training mecca. Learning's never been this accessible. And 4 years can also be a hefty and unrealistic investment for so many Americans today. In my first 4 years of business, I went from zero to seven figures. Imagine if I'd spent that time building a business in college – food for thought, right? I'm not anti-college, but I am pro-ROI. If your college is part of your journey, make sure it's worth your time. If not, hop online, learn a skill, and if you want to learn how to create wealth through real estate, follow me for more insights! 💡📚 #CollegeDebate #ROI #WealthBuilding

College degrees are deeply ingrained in our society… But they’re becoming less and less relevant. 🎓💭 "Little Johnny" might not need a college degree to succeed; hustle and personality often trump formal education. 💪 However, universities' economic stakes ensure their longevity. 💰🏫 #motivationalvideos #success #business #personaldevelopment #inspirationalvideos #college

Everyone says college is the BEST. TIME. EVER. But hold up, is that picture perfect social media life reeeeally what it's all about? Let's be real, college can leave you with more loan debt than your future self can handle. The pressure of grades and "what am I even doing here?" can feel like a never-ending finals week. Okay, Okay, But It's Not All Bad Don't get us wrong, college can be AWESOME. ➡️ It's your chance to leave the familiar, explore passions you never knew you had, and figure out who you actually are. ➡️ You'll find your people, the ones who get you, challenge you, and maybe even drag you to that weird philosophy class at 8 am. ➡️ Sure, college might not fully prepare you for the "real world" (adulting is hard, yo). But it's a stepping stone. You'll learn how to manage your time like a boss, actually think critically, and master the art of surviving. College is basically what you make it. Don't stress about it being the "best time ever." Focus on the good stuff, learning, growing, and maybe even a few legendary late-night study sessions with your squad. Embrace the challenges, celebrate the wins, and remember, college is just the beginning of your awesome story. Is college overrated or the launchpad to an awesome future? What are your thoughts on this? #college #lifestory #collegelife

Distinguishing yourself requires you to reimagine your intentions of pursuing something. Every person who goes to college has the intention of getting a degree or certification of some kind. If this is your only intention while attending college, you'll likely end up being interchangeable with your peers, at least for the future job you wish to acquire. Our intentions lay a skeleton of a path into the future on which our actions produce the flesh that defines our story. My main intention for going to college was not the degree, something I see as similar to a receipt you receive when you checkout at the grocery store. The intention that built the core skeleton of my path in college was to intentionally put myself in as many unique situations as possible to see how I performed. You see, when is there another time in your life when your responsibilities are so minimal and opportunities to experiment so maximal? I didn't pursue pure mathematics in university, where I studied engineering and actuarial science, yet I delved into this topic nonetheless and even entered a pure mathematics research competition in the Midwest. I was awarded first place for my research in prime numbers. I hang this achievement in my office, whereas my diploma and credentials stay in a filing cabinet. Your vision of where you see yourself in any timeframe hinges largely on your intentions. Distinguish yourself by distinguishing your intentions, because intentions build your path forward by allowing you to see more clearly what is right in front of you. #motivation #intention #intentional #advice #life #college #career #TheMatharitanWay

IS COLLEGE A WASTE OF TIME? 👨🎓🧑🎓 📚❌🎓📚❌🎓📚❌🎓 To some it’s a complete waste of time and to others it’s what is required to get further in your career. At first I wanted to go due to culture of society to be someone who attended. Or to be the first in your family to graduate college or a university. Let’s be real, it’s a great place to network and develop social skills. I would say my money was invested into that part. However, I personally didn’t gain any REAL business intelligence there as book smarts are totally not the street smarts you need in the real world. 🧠 How do you feel about this message? Did you go to college? Did you feel as if it was worth it? Was it a waste of time? Send us a DM. 💡 TO college or NOT to college? 🤔 #degrees #college #nocollege #network #eliandmike #booksmart #streetsmart #foryou #viralreels
