Supported Decision Making is about giving people with disability the information and help they need to make their own choices. As the parent of a young person with disability, you're probably already helping them with everyday decisions such as what to wear or eat. But as your child grows up, the decisions become bigger and may involve where to live, medical choices, goal setting, or relationships. ACD is hosting a FREE webinar on Supported Decision Making, presented by Margaret Duncan, Principal Lawyer at Duncan.Legal. Margaret is an expert in guiding parents and carers of children with disability through this process.
