I am proud to see the fruit of our work with CareMates. Their solution uses #AI and other #AWS technologies to improve the admission of new patients to the mobile care system. Instead of lengthy interviews, the patients can fill out an intake form n the comfort and privacy of their own home. An algorithm analyzes the input, deduces the specific needs and makes an initial proposal for a care plan. This helps to improve the customer experience of the patients and relieves the burden on nursing staff. Well done, Dylan Sean Gruner and team. We #caritas were happy to be a partner at the beginning and are delighted that the product is developing so well. Hopefully we will find further fields of application.
