This year's #WorldMentalHealthDay is focused on mental health at work. So we asked the team what they thought was important to feel good at work. These were some of the answers 👇 Even though we are a small company, we want to take big actions on mental well-being. Among other things, we: ▪️ Discuss well-being on a monthly basis (we actually even track team health as one of our main objectives in the company) ▪️ Offer a health and wellness allowance along with a wellness hour, for physical well-being ▪️ Have Friday breakfasts as a way to spend quality time together ▪️ Allow work flexibility, to ensure work-life balance and to accommodate for everyone's preferred way of working ▪️ Plan our work on an individual basis, according to what best suits you (clear guidance or self-leadership, working part time or full time) ▪️ Most importantly - have fun and laugh together on a daily basis How do you work with well-being in your workplace?
