To help our Toyota dealers sell more Tundras, our AEs attended a salesperson training on the truck. They thought the coolest thing about it was seeing a stripped-down truck frame up close and personal. They could see the engine, hybrid motor, battery, drive shaft...everything.
Did you know that the current evolution of the Toyota Tundra is crafted with Dejima welding techniques? It means "islands of strength" and describes how Toyota was able to keep the truck light while reinforcing key places that take a lot of stress.
The AEs saw the Tundra's multi-link rear suspension and learned how it differs from the standard multi-leaf suspension of most trucks. They also discussed how the Tundra differs from its competitors and has a strong 5-year resale value.
