One of the other major points raised when it comes to the commissioning, building, and maintenance of large scale solar farms, is it's effect on biodiversity. Like many of the other things raised, over time it has been proved that the farms themselves cannot only help, but improve agricultural situations, due to the up keep of companies and engineers on the sites. Renewables can provide more sustainable and cheaper energy, and provide an opportunity for wildlife of all kinds to thrive. My question remains the same as it's always been...why are we not pushing this much much more?

There is plenty of room for all types of renewable energy systems. The problem is not, believed by some, a lack of land. Renewables are changing the global energy landscape as a sustainable power solution, and is becoming the preferred option to not only power the UK but also to help against greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Renewables do require ongoing maintenance, consideration of the variability of natural energy generation and the management of differing expectations between renewable companies and land owners. This is where companies like Brighter Green Engineering come in. Contact Brighter Green Engineering to see what we can do to help continue with this.
