I think as you as the company grows, you always want to impart your passion and your vision and your mission for the company and instill that end to the staff. Hopefully they're going to feel that from you. And so as it grows, you are going to have less one-on-one connection with people. But you they're still looking to you for leadership. They're still looking to you to inspire and to communicate. And that's a different feeling than when you were kind of scrappy and you're building the company and you feel like you're on the front lines with them and you're fighting the good fight with them. And then all of a sudden the team gets bigger and you become more of sort of like the general, you know, kind of having to give some of the the marching orders. And that division, that space can feel very awkward if you are there from day one. And so navigating that space so you still feel connected to the team. Even though you're not still on the front lines, is. Something that has to be learned and something that is, is delicate. And so navigating that well because oftentimes we don't see ourselves the way others see us. So we might be, you know, going to a meeting and say something and think it's all great and good because that's the way we've always delivered the message. But there are a bunch of people in there that don't really know us as well. And so they feel nervous around us and or intimidated by us. And then we walk away and we hear that and we think. No, I'm not intimidating. I'm not. They should be able to ask me anything, you know, so we don't see ourselves the way other people see us. And so we need to always have that awareness and be able to connect with our staff and, and, and provide an open space for them and to, to invite healthy conflict and to invite opposing opinions and to be super curious. You know, I like to say always be more curious than certain. And I think when we can create that environment. We can keep that energy, we can keep that passion, we can keep that dialogue going and people feel like they're part of something. And I think in the end, really, leaders just need to remember to stay human, stay authentic, you know, stay connected.
