𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌈 To me, it’s crucial to recognize that 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 are not just buzzwords, but 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. I am proud that Infineon, again, is taking a stand and is actively supporting Munich Pride, also in 2024. Diversity Day at NXP Malaysia 2024 Managed to participate in the morning session, such a wonderful event bringing people together and embracing their diversity. "Diversity" refers to the presence of differences within a given setting. In a societal or organizational context, it typically encompasses various dimensions such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, and socioeconomic background. Embracing diversity means recognizing and valuing these differences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and empowered to contribute as it is essential in driving innovation, creativity, and collaboration. At Infineon, we believe that Diversity & Inclusion is a shared responsibility at all levels of the organization. It is essential that everyone feels responsible for fostering an inclusive work environment. This collective responsibility is what makes D&I successful and a lived reality. Our annual Diversity Days, which take place in two weeks, play an important role in promoting understanding and awareness of the power of difference. They consist of a variety of activities, including in-person events, virtual training sessions, networking events, and get-togethers at our global locations. And the impressive number of more than 8,000 registrations for these events reflects our commitment. From my perspective, it is critical to maintain an ongoing dialog about D&I. The Diversity Days are an important part of that, but we also do it through a number of other channels, from our people philosophy to management workshops. In this way, we make D&I an integral part of everyday life at Infineon Technologies. And what do our managers think makes D&I a "lived reality" at Infineon?
